I know that a lot of my fellow flist members have picked this as well, but I can't help but choose Deathly Hallows. There are so many moments to love across the whole series, but for the sweeping emotion and the incredible challenges that the characters must meet and overcome, it's DH all the way for me. I can - and sometimes do - sit and just re-read the section starting with when they enter the castle via the Hog's Head through the battle and to the end of the book. And it has never failed to give me goosebumps and/or make me cry. That final sequence of everything encompassed by the battle is amazing all by itself, and then there's the whole rest of the amazing book before that. And for all that I love Ron and Hermione (and will likely be talking about them on Days 6, 8, and 10 at *least*), Harry's walk through the forest is, I think, one of the most powerful moments in the entire series.
