(no subject)
Well today is definately worthy of a fresh update!!!! So i went to school at regular time and only brought my purse (SCORE)!! I usually have SOO much crap, it was so nice to have like nothing!! So we played this really awesome listening game in psych and Joey made me scratch my nails on the chalkboard. EEK!! haha that was fun though! Made everyone cringe..hehe. So then we actually had to sing in chorus because they brought the little piana from the cafeteria down to the chorus room as a sub for the one with the little bits of ceiling and water inside it. She said we sounded really good today so that's good...i guess...?!?! Better than her telling us that we sound better than someone throwing up. uh ya.
So then I hiked out to my car because it was time to leave for the mini show! rachel and sam followed me and we went down to the retired educators place. So this is where it gets interesting. By that time just about everyone was there. We weren't going on until 10 and it was about 923 at this point. So we are standing in our little "dressing room" and katelyn goes 'uhh where are my taps?' and im like WHAT? She had left her tap shoes at home. Kind of hard to do a tap solo without tap shoes. So my all purpose motherly instinct goes into high gear and im like "HEY I CAN GO TO YOUR HOUSE!" ha. So she was like OK, they are in my room! So I have 35 minutes to get there and back but by the time i tell mr tuley that i have to leave i only have about 30 minutes. SO everyone is going like 35 down palafox and i was like wow, you just aren't even kidding me. So I FINALLY get to her house at like 9 forty something and im like wow they better be in her room. So i go into her house and it takes me like 5 minutes to find her shoes and then i like sprinted out of her house to my car. So by now im totally freaking out because I have to be back before 10. 29 was fine and i got a lot of green lights but once i got on to palafox it was slow again. To add to everything else they were doing construction so I had to come to a complete stop and I was sooo scared that they were gunna keep me there too long cuz it was like 956 and i was almost there. So I get to the place and there is like nowhere to park so i just parked on the grass and ran into the place. Somehow I made it before or right at 10! They didn't start till like 1005 though so that was good. WOw, that was just crazy. The performace went realllly well. Katelyn hit me in the neck when she threw the hat to me though, that kind of hurt! lol It didn't knock the orange juice over though so that was completely awesome. I got to see Mrs. Buck and Mrs. Exner! That was really neat. After we were done Becca rode with me and we all met at Pizza Hut. We all got the Buffet and it was delicious! Then everyone decided that we should all go to goodwill so the majority of us walked over and we were there for an hour. Most of the girls got some REALLLLLY cute stuff though. Then I took Cat and Becca back to school to get her car and then I came home. Then I decided that I should develop my disposable camera so I went to CVS and dropped that off. Im going back at like 245 to pick up the pics. I don't even know what is on the beginning of that camera! Im sure it will be a very random bunch of photos. Oh I forgot to mention the load of guys from the jail that were working on the sides of kingsfield that were checking up out and waving at us. woah, that was frightening! haha it was funny though!
