umm yeah...
so i am REALLY bad at updating this thing lately...whoops. so..my life. Kind of boring right now, i know i shouldn't be saying this because a few weeks ago i was going insane and close to a mental breakdown. None the less...now i am bored. hahaha. I am the kind of person though that does like to stay busy. When i went home i did SHIT. Bascially sat around all day and watched lots and lots of movies. Now I think I have acquired ADD for all movies...i just can't sit and watch them now. Jenison was alright...not a whole lot to do but that is nothing out of the norm. It was nice to see everyone again.
OMG FUNNY STORY!! Sooooo last saturday I was sitting at chad's house with chad, joe, jj, and jer. We were just sitting around watching the football game and this girl keeps calling jer so he invites her over. Later on court and julie come over (it was nice to see them!!) and so does this girl. I kind of introduced myself but was sitting across the room with the boys talking with them so i didn't really talk to her much. Well court and julie leave and she says "bye i will call you sometime and we can hang out"...kind of strange but whatev. She then says, "lauren come sit up here by me" well 1) i didn't think she even remembered my name because i didn't remember hers
2) i was all snuggled up in a sleeping bag on the couch and she wanted me to go sit by the table
....but i can't say no to anyone because i am a stupid push over. We are all kind of watching the movie except she keeps trying to talk to me. Not like make conversation...because I am all about meeting new people. She was just talking AT me...does that make sense? Kind of just talking to talk but about nothing relevant to anything. Whatever. She then says "Do you have a cell phone?" well who does NOT have one honestly?? Then proceeds to say "Can i have your number?" It was like the most bizarre thing EVER!! I am a girl first off...understandable if i was a boy and she wanted my number. Secondly she knows NOTHING about me. NOTHING. Not like i meet a friend of a friend at a party and we have fun together...no not that. She honestly knew my name was lauren...and i went to jenison. THAT'S IT. I was like...umm i don't even LIVE here and never come home....sooooo yeah. The roads were really bad so i did not want to drink or anything and that was kind of how everyone felt. She made a mixed drink with like two shots in it and was being loud and obnoxious. I was just thinking...she can't be serious about herself...come on!!!
At like 1:30 she says, "Lauren, I have to be home by 2, but i can't drive. My mom won't let me stay at a boys house. So will you call her and tell her that I am sleeping over at your house."
WTF?!?! I have NO idea who this person is and she wants me to call her mother that i don't know what lie to her!!! I am a terrible lier!!!!!!! I just won't do that. So her mom freaks out and offers to take her home (the nice thing to do)...this girl starts yelling at her mom and it was just out of control. So i left. Apparently she then stripped later on...i would expect nothing less. CRAZY SHIT!
anyways...so that's that story. Christmas was alright. Great to see the fam again, they were sad to see me go back to school on monday....but i was going insane so it was best for me to depart while i still could. Christmas eve hung out with the cousins....a great time as always. They always make me laugh.

This is the BRAND NEW Jenison High School Pool...WHOOOO!!! It should open sometime this month but since my dad is the swim coach he took us for a little private tour. He was so cute because he is SOO proud of it. He did work really hard on making it happen...something that the school needed badly. Congrats on the NEW pool dad!! :)
The new pool one of the largest high school pools in the state!! It is olympic size with two moveable bulkheads so meets can be ran in meters or yards. In the next couple of years i believe that some of the state swim meets will take place here!!
If you donated money for the pool you could get a plaque!! This is my families section!! :)
