it's the end
my very first and last update from school......last real day of school today. and by 'real day' i mean officially, everyone stopped actually working about a week ago.
i really don't have much to say except nostalgic things - been going around everywhere taking photos of obscure corners of the school....things i will forget until i look at these photos many years in the future *touch wood i last that long*.
i've been taking lots of photos of people....we stuck up leavers banners in the biol room, and someone brought boombox speakers and a laptop to school, so the umbrella area has rocked before school and at recess.
getting techers to sign clearance forms.....i just love the fact that my clearence form says 'last day attended' with a date line. touch wood again that i don't die before tomorrow, and therefore have written down the wrong date. *gasp*.
i need to remember to get someone to take a photo of me in my school uniform for the last time....but i need to remember to do so many things. i'd put a list on here but i might as well write it out where i can access it if i'm going to write one at all.
other issues are too many of to go into here....things are happening, as they do....but with a sort of air of 'you're always going to be busy remembering to do things in life sarah' which i acknowledge is true. how's that for being relective and accepting?
anyway, not much more to say, and i'll keep babbling if i don't post this now. so....
GOODBYE SHENTON......i'll say this again before the end.....but thanks, thanks for having us, you've been pretty good to us most of the time. a great ground for meeting and greeting people, and for making new strong friendships, with those young and older. thanks for these five years of my life shenton and whoever else has contributed to them. have a good one.
