(no subject)
so in sept kristy asked for a sweater, i spent almost a month working on it and i have 5 inches to show for my work. Problem is it needs to be 30 inches long. So i have temporarily given up and i am working on a crocheted version of her sweater, in one day i have 5 inches... too bad this pattern calls for 38 inches.
Also need to figure out christmas/brithday presents for the family. Friends well i think jordan was right when she said we could exchange gifts for st pactricks day. Really hate handing people hats and saying merry christmas but i can make one in a couple of days and i have a stockpile of yarn to pull from. Feels like a worthless present but how many worthless presents does one get over the holidays.
My mom sent me a check due to "help out" she claims it was prior to me telling her i couldnt come home last weekend cause i didnt have the $40 for gas plus i spend more money when i go up and vist them. Really tempted to forget to cash her check but then i will get hand another and another til i do cash it. Really hate taking money from my parents, i feel like at 27 my expenses are such that i shouldnt have to be given money from my parents.
Oh and i lost the shift i wanted again... it went from me being on 4-4 to me subing in when they needed a trauma nurse on nights, to now i am back to nights, bonus i dont loose my night time shift dif... ok i should be geetting ready for my 6 hour shift... my 52 hour week is down to 47... less money but hopefully my house looks less like a torando hit it.
