So my Prehistory quiz went fairly well, I think...there wasn't anything on there that I completely blanked on or didn't recognize. It was the first time this semester that I haven't stressed going into or coming out of one of Adam's tests, and I generally feel fairly good about it. That test was also the only major thing I had to do today, so I feel like I can finally relax after this insane weekend.
I missed Cortaca, but I'd say it was worth it. We got ALL major shooting for our Field project done, and it's really going to look incredible. Between Zack's knowhow and LeePECS and our amazing actors the project was a positive all around, and I'm really enjoying actually learning something about field production. Also, Zack's obsession with the wide angle lens reminded me of Brad's summer hit single "Everything Looks Better When It's Letterboxed" ;o) Working with Kate was hilarous (Joooosh...Joosh?...Josssssh...Laaaaurel...), and I abandoned all dignity and was onscreen talent for the Godspell 2: the Judgement scene (singing and dancing in a rainbow towel cape...in retrospect, good lord).
My only complaint is that I had a much more peripheral job on this project...I was producer but Zack had a lot of the organizational stuff down for his other class, and once we got on set there wasn't much for me to do beyond general Jane-of-all-trades stuff. Eh, whatever. I get to chalk it up to a learning experience.
But after getting up at 7 and going until 1am Saturday and 11 pm Sunday, I really. need. sleep.
