So at this point I think we're down for around 11 people tomorrow; we keep adding some and losing some. But the headcount seems to be me and Brooke, Dave and Lee, Jackie A, Bill, Derek, and Evan, Tim, Brooke's brother and Brooke's brother's Friend. Dave's coming over early for a pie bake-off and to help with the ham, which will make me more his sous chef than anything else.
Right now the menu is:
Ham in a cranberry/syrup glaze
Eggplant Parmesan
Sweet potatoes
Asparagus with hollandaise
Green bean casserole
Lemon meringue pie
Apple pie with ice cream
We definitely don't have enough seats, so I will probably take the floor. Hopefully we have enough dishes and utensils. Should be fun!
