So. It's been a while. Christmas seems like a good day to update this sucker...
My mom is getting married. When Alex and I arrived at Frank's yesterday, she couldn't even wait for me to get my jacket off before she told us. I couldn't be happier for them. They've been together for 3 years and this has been a long time comin'. I'm curious to see when they decide to do the wedding. I'm almost certain it'll be before my next birthday. Her ring is insane. Its my favorite engagement ring I've ever seen in my entire life. My grandmother also has had her wedding dress on hold for a year now- shes really psyched to be able to actually put a purchase date on it ha.
I got a lot of great stuff for Christmas. My mom got me a lot of stuff for when I move- dishes, bathroom stuff, ect... It's all very very nice. She also got me the Uggs I looked high and low for. I'm a happy kid. Everyone loved what I got for them. It feels so good to give. It's my favorite thing. If anyone knows me- they know that I am typically an over-gifter, but honestly, I can- so I do.
Life has been wonderful but also very hectic.
Been hanging out a lot with a certain someone that puts some serious smiles on my face. We have a great time together. Best snuggler evvvvver.
On a different note- My best friend is moving in less than 2 weeks, and my brother goes home the day before her. What the hell am I going to do? It's going to be a tough couple days and an even tougher couple of months to follow. I'm dreading not having Steph around. She won't be far, but it'll be so different, and so strange, and so BORING and just blah. Ugh. I cant write about this right now- I don't want to get emotional. I am really looking forward to the next week of hangouts and goodtimes.
Everyone I know MUST watch American Idol for the first few weeks to see my brother.
