Last week, I was told that my offer on a house had been accepted.  My realtor began the process of arranging for inspection, etc.  I called my parents, told them the news, began to get excited.

That is full of suck. It's a crappy process till it's over period. Looking at houses is neat and all, but after a while you just want to b done and have one be yours.

I know. And I knew going into this that the house was a short sale, meaning all sorts of wacky crap. But it still makes me sad.
