you know it makes me wonder what some people are really thinking sometimes.
some people say that they don't care what others think of them, i sometimes say that, and it may sound hypocritical but it's how we are. we wonder. we awe. we are who we are and you know what, it doesn't matter. but you can't honestly say that you've never wondered what someone truly thought about you.
you can't honestly tell me that you've never wondered what was really going through someone's head when they see you, analyze you.
we, as humans, are always judging people. how they move, what they wear, what they look like, how they act. we don't ever stop to think what this person may be like. it's human nature. don't ask me why, but that's just how it is. what i want to know is who made the norm? who decides what's right and what's wrong? because there seems to be this invisible set of rules that we as a species live by. it excludes and rejects anyone and anything that is slightly different. and we know it's there, and we know it's wrong, yet we still do it. i'm not saying i don't, i sure as hell know i do. i may try my hardest not to judge and offend anyone but there is always someone. always. and there shouldn't be. this set of rules seems to follow us wherever we go aswell. it's in school. it's at work. it's everywhere. and what do we do? nothing. why? because we'd rather sit back and watch others be ridiculed just so we can be part of the so called norm. there is no way to avoid it, there is no way to bend the rules, and you definately can't break them. so are we just supposed to comply? dress, walk, talk, behave and mimic every expression and motor reaction we were born naturally with? everyone as robots. clones of each other.
you know what, i don't think so.
but you wanna know what the sad part is?
the sad part is, is that i'll still comply, somewhat. and it is SO wrong.
