Shoulders
You know the bump that is formed by your clavicle right on the top of your shoulder? Well, when I was in Kindergarten, my neighbor told me that he swallowed a quarter and he could feel it in his shoulder. However, I don't know the excuse he came up with for the bump on his other shoulder. Or for the potential constipation that comes with swallowing a quarter.
