Fly Eagles Fly!
On the road to victory…Because I can’t get enough of that annoying fight song. Because one can’t have too much green paraphernalia. And because nothing is better than wings and beer on a Sunday evening.
We’re having an Eagles Superbowl Party!!!
For many of us, this has been the first time the birds have made it to the big game in our lifetime. How could we not celebrate a team that successfully let down “faithful” fans for 23 years?!
Game time is 6:30pm. However, festivities are going to be going on all day at “Grand Central” on Sunday February 6th. Plan on arriving at 2:30pm. Sean is leading a band of brave souls to take the Polar Bear Plunge earlier in the afternoon. And for those who don’t want to take a dip, an attempt at organizing a football game is also set for the afternoon.
I’ll be e-mailing around a Food Drink and Whatnot Sign Up. Please let me know what you are planning to bring. And if I don’t have your e-mail, just drop a comment here.
In other less exciting news, I have my second interview with MAC tomorrow. I REALLY want this job. Working in a carriage house, planning events with crazy Victorians, playing with the occasional ghost dog and getting paid for it all. Who wouldn’t jump at the chance?! But before I talk it up and jinx myself, I have to get through the second interview. Send some good vibes this way.
