(no subject)
Tonight Neil and I made oatmeal chocolate chip cookies and they were so so good. We added extra oatmeal to the mix so that we could make more cookies and that was fantastic.
I have been working a ton lately...mostly on the psych floors and I love it. Yesterday was pure madness and I got scratched by 3 different people. One lady told me I had nice teeth and then gave me a kiss. But then she scratched me and bit my arm. Oh boy oh boy the fun that I have. Today was the first day off I've had in awhile and it was much needed. But tomorrow it's back to workyworks for 6 days in a row. Blahhhh.
In two weeks from tomorrow I'm leaving on a jet plane (ahaha that reminds me of something that is just way too funny) and heading west to see Kathleen. Good times will be had I'm sure. I'm looking quite forward to that - it will be nice to get away for awhile. I'm hoping to swim in a glacier lake again like last time. Brrr.
Ummm what else. On Canada Day weekend, Neil and I went home and had a wonderful time. My mom picked us up on Wed and the three of us went out for dinner. Thurs we went to the Tigers-Indians game, then out for dinner again. Fri we went camping and got so so drunk, then Sat my aunt had a barbeque in our honour because we were visiting, so we spent the day swimming and eating. It was SO NICE to be home....it had been a long time since I'd been there.
