I find myself thinking about Jayy a lot lately... I still haven't gotten over it yet. I wonder if I've accepted it. It just seems so unreal. This girl in my studio class just got engaged, but the last time I saw her she didnt look happy. That's because she was performing songs that were written with lyrics from the tombstones of children. She sang them so hauntingly...they sent a chill down my spine. On of them made me think of Grape especially.

"Be very quiet now
A child's asleep
In this small cradle
In this shadow deep."

she was just a baby.

On a lighter note, I decided to incluse some new weekly segments in my livejournal...trial basis for now to see how it goes... they are "Things I Learn In College." and "The Writing's on my Desk." Here's this week's installment.

THINGS I LEARN IN COLLEGE:
-Pouring urine in the ear will cure an ear infection.- PRof. BOumler, Comp I
-Playing a big grand piano is like driving a corvette...except you can't crash it because it doesnt go anywhere.- Lee Pritchard, Piano I

THE WRITING'S ON MY DESK:
Theory desk:
"George is NOT the king!"
"Life is cruel, Elvis is everywhere."
"DIVA Ambitious, to all my DIVA girls, HOLLA, to everyone else, stop hatin."
"MOm wanted a tumor, but she had me instead."
