Just like I had expected, these past two weeks flew by.
For Christmas, Dean only got a few toys and gifts [he has too much as it is] and I took pictures of him opening his gifts, or attempting to. It was just a wonderful day. For Christmas, I bought myself Guitar Hero World Tour with the drums for the house, got some books I wanted, and a few other goodies..
My dad invited me out to eat last Wednesday to the Greenhouse in Margate. Had a nice meal with him, then came home. The next morning was my consultation in Philadelphia not to mention my birthday. I had to get up somewhat early. Then I drove up to that crazy town with four highways next to each-other and I almost died. All went well at the consultation. We scheduled my surgery for this Wednesday. That's correct, three days from today. I'm nervous but it's all going to be worth it in the end.
I'm praying for my surgery to go well. I'm praying for a good fresh start to this new year. I'm praying that it really is "time for a change" and Obama gets this economy boosting again.
