Stress!!!! Lots of it!!! Ahhhhhhhh!
I ran 1.5 miles today. My legs are even more sore than they were yesterday. I didn't stop though, and that's exciting. I'm having a serious mental fight right now. I'm so hungry, but I've done so well today, not eaten any junk, stayed below my points and have enough for dinner and a dessert. But I'm soooooo hungry.....I just keep chugging water, and telling myself to wait an hr and then I can eat. This losing weight thing is hard. But everyday I am good, I feel a little more motivated. I know I can do this...
I need a new food to try...does anyone have a fun healthy recipe I can try?
