good day
I had a good day today! I started the little still life(too lazy to post it)and it's coming along nicely....
Then later, Jim and I were enjoying the gentle breeze on our deck when all of a sudden we saw a huge bird land in a tree....at first I thought it was an eagle, but realized it wasn't big enough so it was probably a hawk...but how big and beautiful it was...we need to get some binoculars, there is too much beauty we miss by not being close enough...
We got our firt issue of AARP magazine...I have put off joining until recently cause I just can't believe I am almost 56..yikes!! but as I read it I had a strange realization...I was enjoying each article so much and suddenly it came to me...hey, this is for people my age...it's for people who have the same problems, remedies, fears and memories and all the same everything as I do...,so I don't have to read magazines aimed at people half my age anymore and wonder what is wrong lol.....hurray for the boomers!!!
