Anyway, my mom and i went to Mboro on Monday and signed for the apartment. i'm really excited but scared as well. I've never lived with non-family before. it will be strange.
i got my new car last Tuesday. '03 silver Jetta.
Yesterday, i think i got struck by lightning on the way to school. The car took it like a champ. Then later that day a little chipmunk ran out in the road and i accidentally hit it. I felt kind of bad.
Woodland animals are taking over the streets. i saw so many little dead squirrels on the way to school this morning. Then two more chipmunks ran out in front of me today! i avoided these. I'm not sure what the point of this entry is yet.
Saturday was the GNC campout. I think it made me sick, cos i feel pretty unwell.
I graduate in 17 days. It's surreal. I always looked forward to those fun carefree "let's go get in trouble" teenage years, and now for some reason i feel like they are about to end. And i'm not even 18. I'm just so ready to get away from everyone at school. They treat people so cruelly and i can't put up with it anymore. I think that's partly why i skipped the first half of school today. I didn't want to listen to my friends being completely elitist assholes to the sophomore boy that sits with us everyday. It's bullshit. They aren't real friends and i don't think i will miss them one bit.
I've resolved a lot with people in the past few days. It feels good cos a big part of me was always bothered by the unspoken and completely unneccesary drama that went on. I think a friendship will come out of it, and that's a big relief.
I had been missing Cooper a lot recently, and last night at the soccer game while i was taking pictures, i saw my brother walking towards me on the sidelines. I ran over and gave him a huuuuuge hug. All the soccer boys were really excited. They all walked over to him smiling and gave him handshakes and such. After the game, we went to O'Charley's and caught up. We're both going to Drew and Rin's this weekend, and i'm really excited about it. I haven't been able to go to Drew's for a while because i've been busy, and i know he was starting to think i was ditching them.
I think Matt and I are going to Waffle House tonight. I'm excited! But i'm pretty upset that everyone is leaving. I'm really glad Kevin is staying though!! :D
