4th of july weekend.
wow. haven't updated in almost 2 weeks. crazy. other than this weekend not much has happened. i jason came home we hung out and then he left again. i hung out with KRISTEN FAITH! haha..slurpee dance, and cookie dough. YUM! hahaha. i really don't know what i have done the past 2 weeks. hm.. just enjoyed summer i guess. oh yes. i got postcards from Kelsey and kristy p in europE! that was VERY excitng! they come home in 2 DAYs ! YAYAYYA!
ok so now on to my amazingly awesome weekend up north with my family and whitney's family! we went up to houghton lake from saturday to monday. it was super fun! we went out boating everyday! i love it!
saturday
- woke up at 6:00 to leave the house by 7:30
- picked up mr.lewis so he could help get the boat in the water when we got there
- pointed out to everyone in the car that our boat has a face many times.
- got to the boat launch. and rode in the boat to the cabin where we stayed. (whit's grandparents!)
- sat around and waited for the other car to arrive.
- when they got there we went out on the boat for some intense tubing! YEAH!
- i kneeboarded too! it was sweet! i was the only one that could do it.
- came back for dinner.
- played a really cool game but i don't remember what it is called.
- hung out and then went to bed
sunday
- woke up and kinda sat around till noonish
- went out boating. and tubing!
- shelby and i had the best tubing ride ever. it was amazing!
- whitney, amanda, rach, katie and i sait in the bow and sung the cds we put in. haha.
- everyone decided to be lazy and go back.
- i went kneeboarding. but it was really choppy so i had a hard time staying up. but i still got up.
- hung out.
- made s'mores.
- went to bed
monday woke up to rain. so no boating so we just got our stuff together to head home. we got home around 4 or 5 ish?
on the way home i finish ETHAN FROME! yes! i finished one and it isn't even august yet! woohoO! now i think i will read My Antonia
well. once i download my moms camera software on my dads laptop i will put really sweet tubing pictures up but until then. bye.
2 days. till kels and the rest of the girl scouts come home. and Jason! yay!
