Yesterday was Chad's birthday... I hope it was a good one!
And tomorrow is Melissa's birthday... She plays Sookie on the show, and since we have filming tomorrow, we're having a party for her. It should be a great time, and I hope it is. She is the sweetest girl, and she deserves to have a great birthday!
The OC is on tomorrow night... I'm becoming addicted to it. It's definitely not even close to the way that I grew up, and I doubt there are many people out there that did. But it's definitely a show that people can relate to. Everyone is always trying to fit in, especially in high school, but there is no real way to, unless you change who you are. I don't know... I wasn't necessarily the most popular person in my school, but I had a good group of friends, a lot of whom I still talk to today. You can make some of the best friends in your life in high school, but it can be a horrible time for people. Everyone is going through an awkward stage... some can do it gracefully and other's can't. It's probably the best situation to be right in the middle of everything, so you don't get picked on for being an outcast, but people don't make fun of you for being "perfect." I don't know where I had fit in, but I made it through without too many problems, for which I am thankful.
