These are going to be in no particular order, and here's hoping I can find some women who aren't on The Office or Friday Night Lights since, at the moment, they are every one of my ideas.
Corinna Williams - Friday Night Lights
Words can't describe how awesome this woman is. She is a small recurring role on the show, but everytime she's on screen, she just blows me away and melts my heart and is just awesome. The whole arc recently of Smash getting to go to Texas A&M, and her happiness over that even though she had to get a second job just to afford it, oh god, awesome. One of the worst parts about Smash not being on the show anymore is that she probably won't be either.
DJ Tanner - Full House
Who out there (of the girls, at least) can honestly admit that they never had a moment in their childhood when they wanted to be DJ Tanner? And how many of us who wanted to be her were stuck being more of a Stephanie (who was also awesome, at least)?
Pam Beesley - The Office
I've been compared to Pam before, and I think it's such a compliment. I think she's so awesome and so realistic, one of the coolest women on tv. She's working at a job she hates, she's tried to achieve her dreams and not done so great at them, and she's just all-around so adorable and at times unconfident but then loosens up just with some cute clothes and just... she's awesome.
Sun Kwon - Lost
When Sun was on the island, I never cared about her too much. But now she's off the island and she's basically gone all ass-kicking, and I love her. I can't wait to see her and Jin get reunited eventually.
Tami Taylor - Friday Night Lights
I've never been prouder to share my last name with a fictional family than I have this one. Although my only other options are really Andy and his family on The Andy Griffith Show, and Bart from the Baby-Sitters Club. Anyway, so, the whole Taylor family is awesome, but most of that is because of Tami. Tami and Eric have probably the most realistic marriage I've ever seen on a tv show and even though they're a couple who's been married for around twenty years or something and have two kids, they still come across as some hot newly-together couple. Plus, the woman does angry better than anyone I've ever seen.
Kelly Kapoor - The Office
Because, at our girliest, we're all basically Kelly Kapoor.
Brooke Davis - One Tree Hill
I know it's cheesy for me to put an OTH person on here, but Brooke is seriously awesome, and she's what I like about the show even at it's lamest (which can be really really really lame). At the moment on the show (and for awhile also), she's the only one of the core five not in a serious relationship, which I love. I think Sophia is an awesome actress, and Brooke is just such a fun character, her shallowness never fails to crack me up, and she has rocked her darker plots lately also.
Tyra Collette - Friday Night Lights
On my first impression of Tyra, I saw her as a girl who I would hate if I knew in real life, but loved watching on tv. Then I just started to love her overall. She started out as the school slut/bitch and just became so much cooler and got so much depth to her and she's so awesome.
I think that's all I'm going to put up, I'm sure there's other awesome women on tv who I'm forgetting but oh well. This list really feels all female-empowerment and stuff. Woo! And now I want to go watch Friday Night Lights or The Office.
