So I've been out at my mom's for a few days and she gave me this book she wants me to read called "If Grace is True." It's one of those books that really makes you think. Check this out:
I believe God will save every person. Now, by salvation, I mean much more than a ticket to heaven. I mean more than being cleansed of our sins and rescued from hell's fire. I mean even more than being raised from the grave and granted eternal life. By salvation, I mean being freed of every obstacle to intimacy with God. We will know as we are known and love as we are loved. Many have experienced God's love but have misunderstood salvation. We've thought it a trophy rather than a gift, a personal acheivement rather than a work of God. We've gloried in our salvation and damned those whos obstacles have far exceeded our own.
Seriously... That's deep.
I've found that the uncertainty of my future has made me crave the stability of religion. I think I'm going to do a bit of soul searching and find my faith once again.
