So, this weekend has been pretty awesome.

I hung out with Josh, Stevie, and Chris on Friday night. We went out to dinner at Olive Garden, then went back to Chris's place to watch Boondock Saints (good movie!). His neighbors (like, on all sides of him) were having parties, and it was crazy! Stevie's truck was blocking someone in, so they literally lifted up her truck and moved it out of the way! hahaha

The next morning, me and Stevie had a lesson with Jonathan Bergeron for her recital. I could tell she was getting nervous, but everything turned out ok. After that, I just got some stuff done, like laundry, cleaning, and practicing. Adam and Hannah cleaned our room SOOOO good -- it's spotless now! It's awesome, haha.

That night Stevie's family took me out to dinner at Chili's -- YUM! I hung out with Matt last night, and it was really nice. We watched his favorite movie EVER (like anyone could even know that): Napoleon Dynamite. Well, my favorite anyway. It was very fun, and very relaxing.

Today was Adam's recital, and he did AWESOME! I was very impressed. And Sarah played the piano verrrry well, like always. :)

THEN it was Stevie's recital! She played three pieces, and I accompanied her on piano. She did a recital all by herself, as a freshman! It will be a great experience for her, especially when it comes time for her junior and senior recitals. It went very well. Of course, there's always weird stuff that happens in performances (on my part, as well) that never happens in rehearsal, but we got over it. She did an excellent job!

I came home from the recital to find TONS of food left over from Adam's reception. It was yummy! What a great free lunch. :) THEN we got free ice-cream from Nikki, at Safeway. WOW what a great day of free food.

Now I'm going to do nothing, and it will be awesome. HEY is this what weekends are supposed to be like? I never knew...

Then tomorrow begins HARDCORE practicing on euphonium. I shall take a break from piano. I have upper-division juries this semester... ahhh!
