living inside out 2005
so i know all of you missed me soooo much last week! unless you were on mission trip with me. enid, oklahoma...heck yes!
who agrees that this trip was amazing? coz i definitely think so. here's a little flashback as to what happened:
saturday: left coker. drove to dallas. rangers game. no showers booooo
sunday: got to enid. met our work crew.
monday: scraped paint off almost an entire house. i love lauren dorsey!! best crew member ever on account of she's the only one who talked for like the first 3 days until she left.
tuesday: finished scraping, started priming. got to do some work with the other crew we were with. i like them! went to sonic for lunch on account of ollie, our adult didn't like the food we had. these two girls from minnesota had never had a cherry limeade. i think they went to heaven lol
wednesday: finished priming, started painting. i overcame my fear of heights and painted on the roof. hooray!!!
thursday: painted all day, finished early. got back to camp and went to the evening program for cry night. which wasn't as sad as i was expecting. anyway, finished that and went to the gym. i collapsed and ended up in the ER for dehydration...DRINK WATER. it was the scariest thing that's ever happened to me and i'm pretty sure i scared all my friends too. which by the way guys, i love you so much! thanks for taking care of me and waiting for me to get back from the hospital. it meant the world!
friday: painted two apartments, went to the mall. couldn't convince hinkebein that i NEEDED this one shirt. brought our resident to the program. she gave me her sunglasses because she knew i collected them. i cried. took pictures, spent some quality time with blakey poo, packed
saturday: left enid went to dallas. had to stop like every 20 minutes coz i was still hydrating myself like crazy. six flags arlington...crash and burn coz i couldn't do anything. but there were some freaking awesome chinese dudes who could do cool twisty things with themselves.
sunday: left at like 7 am. IHOP. got back to SA at 1. burrito mmmmmm!

i got a new cell phone and it's pretty much amazing
