Weekend was not exciting whatsoever. Friday evening we went out to eat at Masato of Japan and it was great as always. Paul was not happy with his steak though. Hehe..he should've ordered what he usually does. Oh well.
Saturday he was on duty for 24 hours and I just did the usual..cleaning and doing laundry.
Today we went to the Carter's outlet and got Tristan a few sleepers and bibs. At Osh Kosh we got him 3 pairs of pants and a 3 henleys. They're soo cute!
Off to Target we went to get some diapers, wipes, new nipples, pacifiers (LOVE AVENT)and I think that was all we got there.
We wanted to get him a Bumbo seat but all they had were girly colors. So we might just get it after we move.
Off to the next mall to use our 40% off coupon at AE.. In Sears we ran into
lilgwen who was about to leave the mall. That was also the first time she got to see Tristan :). Cat, I sure hope to see you at Lewis before April though! :)
It was late afternoon so the first store we stopped at was AE...I couldn't find the jeans I always wear and I saw a really nice jacket that I wanted...I tried it on but I was just not in the mood but Paul says I can have it :D. Paul does not like zip up sweaters and I think they would look so great on him...oh well. I picked a navy blue long sleeve striped polo with really light pink in it. He always says that he refuses to wear anything with pink in it but after I made him try it on, he admitted that it looked good on him.
He also got a long sleeve thermal and of course...a hoodie. I swear, he's the king of hoodies haha. I got a v-neck sweater and a cable v neck. Plus 2 really cute tanktops. I also thought it was time for me to get a new belt ...Paul was being difficult about that at first because he thought i'd only wear it for decoration..but of course! Instead of having to pay about 260 we only had to pay about 160..so that's a really good deal! It was too late to go find more clothes so we just left the mall and we'll be back there some time later this week to finish our shopping spree for winter clothes.
We had dinner at Red Lobster and the last time we were there I was about 5 months pregnant hehehe. Paul was joking if I thought I could eat 2 pounds of crablegs again. Yeah I don't think so. We both ordered the I forgot the name Feast and I wasn't really happy with that. I put my lobstertail on Paul's plate because I just didn't feel like it. I also gave him my crablegs..because they had gotten cold after having to change Tristan TWICE while we were having dinner.
The little booger was wet at first. Then he starts grunting and we all know what time that is. He was really grumpy until I changed him and of course he was all smiles again after that. I'm still doing laundry because tomorrow the contractor will come to finish his work. And I think we also have the electrician coming in. So it will be busy. I tried sorting out Tristan's clothes. This kid is growing sooo dang fast! He's got long legs just like Paul.
I'm so tired of people asking me if Tristan is my baby! Complete strangers look at him say he's so cute and beautiful. They look at Paul..then they look at me and have the nerve to ask me if that's my baby! But of course he is! *sigh* people haha. I made a list of what to pack..some time when the movers are done to pack our stuff we'll weigh the car.
Hopefully Paul will final out later this week...this place is just so F*ed up and it seems they're trying to keep everyone here as long as they can...Yeah, we don't ever want to come back here. If so..then we're going to live in Richmond Hill or Savannah. Well I think I'm going to bed now..I sorted out some documents to take with us while we're moving plus I've done most of Tristan's stuff already. Tomorrow it's digging through our closets, mow the lawn (Paul has to do that) and finish the painting. Good night.
