So I went to the zoo,
And holy shit. I don't remember if I've been to the zoo before, but I'm so happy I went! kryss_delrhei invited me over so it was her, her boyfriend, and I, and the fucking flamingos man. I saw flamingos, I flipped my shit over the cats, and it was just amazing. Seeing Kryss' reaction to otters though, now that was a sight. She loves them so much, it's cute.
We were there for three hours, I think. That or two, but either way, it was awesome. It was soooo hot though. Still! I was weirded out by some animals, simply because they're different than what I see on TV. For example, the giraffes. I thought they'd be much bigger... but apparently not. I was also suprised that there was no penguins but then again, it did look like the zoo had parts that were under construction or something.
But the kitties.
I had lots of fun. I regret nothing for going.
Aside from that, I now have a goal.
I want to see if I can buy this lovely thing from amazon;
I need this, like, really badly. It's about $65 and if things go right, I should have $70 by the end of this month, maybe mid-June. And then this shall be mine. And if it all works out, I'll be wearing it to MechaCon in August. It'll be my new hoodie of choice but I shouldn't put my hopes up just yet. Yet.
So I've decided to start playing the mini-game in Re:Connect while I'm waiting for the English patch (which good news to fellow fans, the game has been hacked! :D All we can do now is wait.) I have yet to start, but now that I have an understanding of it when watching Kryss play over the weekend, I'm going to try it out. Hopefully I don't rage quit?
