Tonight I made Dale's Tandoori Pork Ribs from Top Chef season four. I've never poached anything before, let alone a huge slab of ribs, but they turned out amazingly well. Delicious. I'm quite proud.
I bought a Calphalon meat tenderizer today along with a big blue hat to wear tubing this weekend. I am most pleased with today. I might to out to Target in a little bit to buy one more thing.
