AUGH.

I just got off the phone on a radio call-in contest. They do trivia each day, and today was... The Preamble to the United States Constitution.

I knew I was in trouble.

It was fill in the blank. I got 2/5 right:

We the people, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common

LOL! We had to memorize the preamble back in middle school--bicentenial of the Constitution maybe?--and it's still largely stuck in my head.

And then the pledge of allegience in Spanish class.

"Juro fidelidad a la bandera de los estados unidos de america, y a la republica..."

I had to learn the preamble in sign language, so I've got it down pat (still).
