To those that surrounded them now, as they walked the streets of downtown Seoul, they looked liked two boys visiting the mother country from America. In actuality, Park Jaebum and Ok Taecyeon are aliens - of the outer space kind. To be more specific, they are cat beast aliens with time travel capabilities, and they were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
“Ok Taecyeon,” Jay always started his mad rants using Taec’s full name, “You promised me dinosaurs! Di-no-sa-urs!!!!” The shorter man huffed.
“Now kitten, be reasonable. Early twenty-first century Seoul is an interesting place.” Taecyeon tried to reason with Jay. It wasn’t his fault that they were taken off course- almost. His kitten was just so cute napping beside him that he got distracted as he entered their co-ordinates. And the crash landing really wasn’t his fault either. So what if his elbow hit the emergency stop when he tried to kiss Jay’s sleeping form? Is it his fault their ship was made for dwarf sized cat beasts? Standard size his furry ass!
“How dare you call me kitten when you got us lost and stranded here! We have been circling this district for over an hour now. I am not use to bipedal walking all the time. You promised dinosaurs on our anniversary and the closest thing I see to a dinosaur right now is you!” Jay accused. Taec’s arms snapped up to his front, his posture like a cat on his hind legs as Jay observed him from the side, his hands making a camera’s square viewer. “See, you even got the gay baby arms of a T-rex now, Ok Taec-rex of the meow mix breed,” Jay teased. He failed to notice that Taecyeon’s shocked posture was not due to his nagging and teasing, but was an alerted stance. Perhaps if they had been in their true forms, Jaebum would have paid better attention to his surroundings next.
“Well, well, well. Look what the cat dragged in,” the smirk was plastered across Chansung’s humanized face.
Jaebum face palmed. It was easier to do so as a human; less claws. “Chansung, what are you doing here?” He whined.
“Is that how you greet your savior?” Chansung scoffed. He tried to shimmy up to Jay but Taec pulled the smaller man to his side.
Taec growled. “Still stalking my kitten and I?” Taec knew Chansung hated it when he called Jay his.
“Whoa there tiger, I picked up your distress signal, I wasn’t following you.”
“How did you find us so fast? The signal is coming from the ship and that’s miles away.”
“Well, that can be easily explained.” Chansung began twitching like a neurotic cat.
“I bet.” Taec mumbled.
“So, you were following us, “ Jay concluded when Chansung looked down at his hind feet.
“I just wanted to make sure you were okay hyung.” He pouted, much too cutely for someone his size. Chansung was a little protective over his elder brother, especially since he started dating Ok Taecyeon. Jaebum may be older but he was the smallest of the litter.
“Yah! Park Chansung, you need to learn to respect your hyung. If we were home right now I’d toss you around by the scruff of your neck!”
Chansung whimpered. “Hyung!”
As the sibling’s fight continued, Taec noticed that the younger Park brother was holding Jaebum’s communicator in his hands. His boyfriend had obviously left it behind to ensure their privacy. “Go home Chansung,” Taec interrupted the bickering as he grabbed the communicator from the younger cat beast’s hand. “We’ll call you when we need a lift.” He smiled smugly.
Chansung looked like he would either wail out in indignation or pounce.
“Chansungie, be a good dongsaeng and go on home now.” Jay said, reaching up to give the tall boy a playful scratch behind the ear.
“Yes hyung.” He all but purred.
Taec pocketed the communicator as Chansung scampered off. When he looked down at his boyfriend he found the smaller cat grinning. “I’d of thought you’d be mad.”
“How can I, when I feel so loved. That kid is going to be a good mate to someone one day.” Jay said proudly.
“As long as he stays away from my baby brother.” How come Jay wasn’t giving him any scratches? Ever since Taecyeon had started dating Jaebum he had to compete for his boyfriend’s attention with all the Park siblings. He didn’t want to have to compete for his little brother’s attention now too.
“Junho likes him just as much as he does. Let it go Taec, you giant attention whore.” Jay laced his fingers with Taec’s and began to pull the man along. “If we are going to stay here for our anniversary, we might as well enjoy it.” Taec stared after his boyfriend, a feral grin on his face.
“Ok Taecyeon you wipe those dirty thoughts from your head, I can hear you purring.” It was like Taecyeon was in perpetual heat.
Taec laughed and pulled Jay back into a heated kiss. “You think we can find some nice secluded forestry to play around in?” His eyebrows were doing the very mating dance that made Jaebum swoon the first time they met.
Jay looked around and was met with strange looks; two men kissing on the streets of twenty-first century Seoul was almost unheard of. Imagine what the looks on people’s face would be if they shifted back to their cat beast form and began mating? “We better or we will end up giving these primitive humans a show and I don’t want to get in trouble with the Elder’s council again for inappropriate behavior during time travel, Ok perv cat Taecyeon.” Jay tried to scowl but his blush ruined it.
“Oh kitten, I just can't control myself around you sometimes. You bring out the true beast in me.” He purred and leaned down to nuzzle the smaller cat’s neck. Jay knew the game was on and he broke away from Taecyeon. The larger cat beast chased after him down the streets of Seoul until they found a secluded patch of park in the late evening away from prying eyes where the two could mate in celebration of their one year anniversary. Who needs dinosaurs anyways?
