ashley got her surgery last thursday.
poor girl was in some pain.
let's hope the recovery is quick.
my baby was sick all weekend and he had to work saturday and sunday night.
i felt bad.
i wanted to make him chicken noodle soup and watch a movie with him or go and work for him.
but he toughed it out and went to work.
well my van offically died last wednesday.
thank god it was in the middle of the day on a road close to home.
so today ben, my mom,and i spent 7 hours car shopping.
james even tagged along for half of it.
but he did get a free meal out of it so it was a good deal for him.
we were in superior, duluth, and two harbors.
and still no car.
which is fine because we're making it work by using someone else's car.
i mean i don't really NEED something to drive but my parents and i have just gotten so used to haveing 3 vehicles that it sucks without that.
it's sad that the van broke.
it was such a pimped out ride.
i'd grown to love it and so had everyone who was in it.
it was just a funny car to drive.
and dude used cars are not cheap and i feel bad about that.
oh well it will all work out.
i can't believe that it's almost the fourth of july!
and james is almost 17!
summer goes by way to effing fast.
and i've learned that summer is unpredictable.
whatever you were expecting it to be like, it never turns out like that.
but i guess that's just life in general huh?
cross country "captains practices" start tomorrow.
season starts in one and a half months and counting.
i can't wait for another running season.
i don't know if i'm going to be able to handle the intensity.
word on the street is cross country is WAY more intense than track.
we'll cross that road when we get to it.
well i totally lost my train of thought.
this is getting long anyways.
might as well go to bed.
