Ohhhhhh the memories....yea i'm just bored
I stole this from someone's LJ. You are supposed to list a memory from each year of school that you have completed.
preschool~ playing with boats in a sensory table which was full of shaving cream
kindergarten~ we went on a field trip to Cranbook and when we came back we wrote and illustrated a book about it, i drew a big green carpet on mine because we sat on one at Cranbrook. i had to sit out while we watched a movie because i was "bad" on a field trip, but i never understood what it was that i did. Mrs Cover driving Steph and I home from school.
1st grade~ My teacher yelling at everyone because we wanted our yearbooks signed "Get those things out of my face!" Also, the girls in my class decided it was a good idea to put lip gloss on our papers to make them shiny, u put the gloss on the top by ur name and ur rub the paper with your finger okkkkkk, AND people used to make those marker dot papers, where you put marker dots on a paper and dab glue on them and they look cool when they dry....mine never did, i always messed them up by touching the glue to see if it was dry yet. Meeting and being friends with Chris and Brendan.
2nd grade~ We had a bathroom in our class and people got in trouble if it was dirty when they went in there. HELLO! The person before me got it dirty! And we dissected a sheep's eye, and Megan was chopping the eye up with her plastic knife when we were all done. I met Megan in 2nd grade. I met Jennifer in 2nd grade too. I sat at a table with her and Eric L...and we would have "rush day" and I was mad because I didn't want to rush with my work.
3rd grade~ We had to write spelling lists, like 10 words, it seemed like soooo much work and we ate someone's birthday treat of Mike and Ike's while writing the list one of the times. Oh and the Pepsi challenge for spelling.
4th grade~ Everyone was obsessed with Oregon trail, and this one kid gave us all tips on how to do better and get further in the game. We had a holiday party with foods from everyone's heritage...all set up in the library, it was really cool and my parents came in to help, I liked when they came in.
5th grade~ My teacher made us have these "feelings circles" where we discussed our "feelings and emotions." I got in trouble for playing with my shoe laces during one of them. We had to go to the library and do a research paper and this kid in our class told the little kids "we are doing a biggggg report, we need lotsssss of quiet" this was really hilarious at the time.
6th grade~ I had the same teacher for two classes. I got all A's in her classes and yet she told my mom I didn't pay attention and stared out the window.....okkkkkkkkk lady. The Chile project. I believe I met Sarah in 6th grade. All of the boys laughed when we learned about sex in science.
7th grade~ Mr. Mason's science class first hour. EVERYONE was in there. One day he wrote on the board "Stephanie got new shoes" because Steph T was talking all about her new shoes. And language arts class with Jennifer and reading Old Yeller and rolling our eyes because the class was so stupid. And this one guy in our class was always arguing with the teacher and once she was coughing and he was like "hairball?" haha...another time he told her to quit smoking and she was like "I quit that 20 years ago!!!!" Oh, and her husband does not like mac and cheese.
8th grade~ Mrs. Goslin's science class with Sarah and Jennifer....and Christine. And getting in trouble in Mrs Paquette's class for writing notes with Sarah. Haha...so then we started writing them on Sarah's spell check thingy.
9th grade~ Biology class with quizes in which every answer was B. How rude!!! Dissecting the fetal pig and my lab partner didn't help because she was doing homework for another class. Cheerleading with Melissa (met her at cheerleading and we were roomies at camp)....and being mad because our coach wouldn't let us eat our snacks, so we would sneak them and eat our cheese and peanut butter crackers while we ran ha! What were we supposed to do? Not eating makes us dizzy!
10th grade~ Rosie's spanish class. Playing the spatula game and all of those other games. Rookie year of marching band....meeting all of those crazy band fools and being all like "I hate band, I am quitting" I never did quit....it's impossible to de-program.....right jana?
11th grade~ Going to picture day with Steph and Jennifer (and maybe Sarah). I was really conerned with my hair and stuff and I had on this pink flowery shirt. My hair did not look good in that picture. Becoming good friends with Ben in Spanish class. Doing the warm up exercises in marker with Lauren L in the class. Our teacher told us not to write in yellow because he couldn't read it.
12th grade~ Sitting through honors convocation....awww man did that suck, winning that scholarship thing and having to walk up to the stage. Taking pictures in the band hallway on the last day of school. Sitting by Grace in band, and she would eat her Pretzel Flipz behind her stand in between songs, haha.
Freshman year MSU~ Living in the Brody. Getting lost with Jennifer trying to find Olds Hall and ending up at McDonal. Eating soup and corn in the caf for dinner. Meeting Missy and asking her how to get back to Brody from behind the KELLOGG CENTER HAHA, meeting Amy and talking to her and a bunch of other people in the bathroom while brushing our teeth. Going to football games in massive groups.
Sophomore year~ Having my own room in west circle. Bussing it to Brody to hang out with Mis. Going to this Sparty festival with Mis and Brynn and they had a big slide thing. Spending the entire time in IAH 201 trying to sit by and talk to the cute boys in my class....this one kid mouthed off to the teacher and the teacher went and got the cops from the brody liason thing HAHA. Hanging out with Christina and eating in Landon every day since nobody else would walk there with us. Friends nights at various locations with the girls.
Junior year~ Walking to Wonders with Mis and Julie for TE. Mis was always talking about this Dave from her astronomy class she wanted me to hang out with and I was all like "yea yea whatever, another boy to hang out with sounds good, make sure he KNOWS i am happy being single." TC parties with Dave and meeting Zach and the rest of the guys. The BNL concert and "our moment." Hanging out til super late in the yakeley with Dave just talking. Not going to French Lit.
Senior year~ Laughing with Amy and being retarted...drinking capuccino's and not doing any homework. Hanging out at Dovers, and the Dovers party with Jana. Going to Meijer at 12:30 for scratch off lottery tickets with DC...we <3 hanging out at Meijer. The fam coming up to MSU for Grandma's birthday.
