well i suppose it is time for a lil' update! First of all HAPPY BIRTHDAY again to Jana, her birthday was the 28th, and she is now 18!!! So, today is election day. I went in to my internship today and a bunch of my 4th graders were like "are you registered to vote?" and of course proceeded with "who are you voting for?" haha...some people would be annoyed but i was acutally really pleased to see them taking an interest in the world around them, after all even though they can't vote, it is good to be informed starting at as young an age as possible, it's great when elementary schools have elections and government classes are tied in with what is acutally going on, it just makes the learning that much more meaningful. and no i did not tell them my political preferences just because i didn't really want it repeated to their teachers, and kids just blab everything, as they were excitedly telling me who their social studies teacher is voting for. Anywayz, it was interesting....may God guide us. i went to the state game in ann arbor over the weekend...what a heart breaker. but ya know what? we played GREAT against the #12 team and unfortunately that's just the way it goes sometimes, both teams played really well, and i was proud of my boys...sucked that stanton got hurt (i know i know he's a qb and he runs 2 much anyway) but anywayz i hope he gets better soon :) we are improving every week and i think john l is doing a good job working on our program. That is pretty much it...P-Lo should be here in a little and i am making some dinner for us and i have some homework to get done tonight 2. peace!
