Seven wines? Seriously?

Yep, seven varietals. That effort seems tremendously Californian; on Oz and James' Big Wine Adventure Series 2 (in California), the final episode included a visit to an eccentric wine-maker who blended varietals for a high-end proprietary product. (James May was impressed, as I recall.)
