I got 2 interviews! Sweet! At The Shoe Company and Claire's Accesorries (omg free earrings and i get to pierce little kids! YES!) This is amazing. I totally knew why, it's because I didn't dress like a hobo today. and at HMV they're like "we're not hiring right now.." but they took my resume anyways, and the girl wrote on it. She asked me what type of music I like, and I said "Indie, I guess. But I'll listen to anything, really." So she wrote down "indie rock" on it, and then underneath it put "cute girl." HAHA WHAAAT?! since when do they hire based on musical preferences and LOOKS & GENDER?! awful! I don't want to be hired just because I'm considered an "indie girl.".. wait, yes I do. being paid to reccomend music to people sounds good. and I can give disgusted looks to people who buy shite. Perfect!
Oh my god, I found out that since I'm a commonwealth citizen, it's going to be hell-easy to get my work visa! TAKE THAT, AMERICANS. our relationship with britain has paid off in the long run, hasn't it. long live the queen of canada! (that sounds trite.)
