Tour of the U.S.

I spent the weekend with my dad's parents in the mountains of Northern California. They took me out to eat at the Sizzler and we played pinochle...on Sunday my grandma sang loudly about how Jesus died on Calgary and we ate pizza with the church people before I drove down to Redding to see my aunt and her family. Half the way I drove without peripheral vision as I was having the beginning of a migraine and swerved a few times on the road (I still continued driving 80 on the mountain roads because I am dumb)and made my trip in two hours and made it just in time to see my cousin's piano recital. Today I had a day to spend with my mom's mom and saw a big bridge and some frogs. Later today I get to help Erika (my cousin) find a shawl to go with her eighth grade graduation dress...she is way hipper than I was as a junior higher and I am a little jealous.

Later this week I go back to San Francisco to take my friend on a fun day around the city and then it is off to Reno and then home eventually and then Catalina I hope (Kimber) and then home again and then up to Monterrey and then San Fran and then home to Berlin...

This is way more tiring than my trip around Europe. I think I would like to sleep now.
