AT LAAAAASSSST!!!
How many months has this been (about 3 I think)!!! We exchanged contracts this morning and I should be moving in to my own flat (wooohooooo) on September 1st. I actually can't quite believe it, this has been such a battle for me! Okkkkkkkk now lets start planning a house warming party! Phew I shall be homeless no more! From vagabond to home owner.... I quite like that! Big relief and ..... smile!
