A New Perspective
I came to a pretty important realization today, and I'm actually quite proud of it.
It doesn't matter how fucked up the world is, as long as you can still have fun.
This probably seems juvenile as hell, I'm sure. But lemme put it in perspective. My day sucked. I got into a shouting match with half my computer class, was told my opinion was wrong in English class (Not by the teacher, though) and got bossed around at student council as usual. I was -so- completely pissed at the entire world when I got home I was ready to attack someone. To make it oh-so-better, there's some moron posting all over the G/V board (Once more and he gets banned) and I had four flames from some idiot threatening to kill me if I don't update the HSC fanfic....
See, normally this would probably either make me cry with frustration or throw something... not today. It's like I had an epiphany or something... I had a totally shitty day and I'm perfectly happy.
*laugh* Work was fun yesterday. Most of my classes are good. My AQ4's are gonna drive me nuts, I can tell. There's three of them. The girl deathgrips my arm whenever I say the words "Deep end" One boy refuses to hold the wall, and sinks to the bottom so I hafta go get him, and the other boy likes to do whatever his friend does *sqeatdrop* It's gonna be a LOOOOONG session with those guys.
Oh well. Tomorrow I'm at JARC, wonder what kindsa of classes I'll get...... *crosses fingers* pleasenoaquatots.....
I hafta actually wake up and go to school at the normal time tomorrow... (The pain...) We're having a surprise assembly for our principal, since she's retiring this semester... can't say I'll miss her. I had three large verbal fights with her because she wouldn'tlet us have a school newspaper...
Unfortunately, I'm on the "Student Council" (And I use the term loosely, believe me) and I hafta help with the assembly. That means no sleeping in until 10... (God I love have periods one and two off....) Mandy and I get to stand in the hall and tell people not to walk past the office (Lest our principal expect something... *snort* I think she'll figure it out)
I think we might have a play next semester *crosses fingers* I really hope so... I desperately miss drama. (And not just because I get to be bossy, I swear!)
I need to find a good site for Weiss Kreuz MP3s... I'm having a real hard time finding anything much besides the openings, closings, BGM and a couple random character themes.
Not that I'm in the mood for WK music today... *lol* I want happy music!
My FY Boxset came in the mail yesterday! I can finally rewatch the first season, seeing as I barely remember some of it!
MOU!!! Why are MP3s so damn hard to find? (*because they're illegal, Laura* SHUT UP!) I miss Napster *sigh*
*taps fingers against desk as she searches for MP3s*
I hate my computer *hums*
I can already hear Janine's echo of "Get Morpheus!" In response to my MP3 woes.... *sticks tongue out at Janine*
Oy, I'm off.... gotta do my English homework, or something *meh*
