Today we played Aberdeen freshers vs. Dundee freshers and we won. I think it's been raining for about 48 hours straight now--walking to class gets you about as wet as playing an hour of Ultimate, although probably not quite so muddy! I came back from practice in a really good, happy, energetic mood (and covered in mud :)). We won our game, played hard, and I am little by little beginning to get to know these people--and they are fantastic. Then I realized that while (thank God) I've been maintaining (I hope) quite the good attitude, it was the first time in a while that I've really felt that enthusiastically happy! It felt good.
