Torchwood - art - manip, Steve from blue_fjords's The Thing with Feathers...
This is Steve, one of the aliens in blue_fjords's brilliant TARDIS Big Bang fic, The Thing with Feathers That Perches in the Soul.
Fake fur fabric, carefully layered over a man's naked shoulders. Gold shades added, in more layers, and some "noise", as more texture. Then a space picture on the top. And looking on the CD I got the pictures from, I found I had loads of drawings of dinosaurs, too! Which was nice.
