back in good ol' Iowa
So, it's interesting how in previous years, going to my grandma's house was just something we did for Thanksgiving, and this year it was a lot different. After being in college, you really appreciate your family a lot more. Not that I'll ever admit that to my parents. Hello, my dad is such a loser. (You'd think you would have HEARD of that!) But it's also kind of good to be back at school, except for all those damn tests and landscape presentations. Okay, so I only have to do one landscape presentation, but isn't that really enough? I can't believe Christmas is so soon though. I need to go shopping. We have this really cool Christmas tree with fiberoptic lights. It's really quite fascinating. I could watch it for hours. It's kind of like how I sit at my desk intending to do my homework, but I get sucked in by my screen saver. It's the little 3D tubes. So many different color combinations and weaving around and wow!
But anyway...it's Jeopardy time, gotta go.
