Oh god. Well. I weigh in kgs which is weird for some people, but currently, I'm 157 cm [5ft 2] and 42kgs [92lbs/6.5stone]
And I feel awful =[
I just can't seem to do it, everything goes from bad to worse and I'm usually eat up to 700 calories a day, but it doesn't seem to show =[

I'm 5'10 and 130ish lbs, but I just binged so god knows :(
I want to get down to 115lbs the I will be super happy! I eat about 700 cals per day too, sometimes a bit less which I think is quite enough, I couldn't ever eat 2000!!! Doesn't it seem crazy?!

I find it really difficult because my mum makes me eat at dinner, and thats where most of the calories come from,
I'd love not to eat then, but I can't avoid it! Any ideas?

If it's really getting you down you could always offer to cook dinner a couple of times a weeks and do a low calorie dinner?

But... If you do need the control of preparing the food too I totally understand. I really like fish, you can make tuna(70cals per 100g) and jacket potatoes(70cals per 100g) and then you can have lots without breaking your daily calorie intake. I also love cous cous which I usually mix with tinned tomatoes, mushrooms and courgettes and you could put chicken in with it too! Cous cous - 185cals for 50g dry weight.
I dont know if you have ever tried it but quorn is lovely and low calorie too, like make a bolognese but with quorn or something!
Sorry I just realised you asked whats in an average meal, I thought you said what is an averag meal for me!!! I dont think 700 cals is in just one meal, so you can probably have a small breafast and lunch and have a good sized dinner too, hope that helps!! Sorry I didn't read the post probably!!
