I'm really happy to be here, I feel like crap that i'm a bit of a lardcake but at least I'm doing something about it, I would love some tips on how to curb the hunger pains or even some people to talk to about my eating disorder. Omgsh! I read some of the comments of abuse and why would anyone do that?!
They obviously have no real understanding of what its like to live like this, or any empathy towards people. Let anyone any social skills.
I'm happy to talk anytime, about anything at all =] I'm still pretty new to all this!
I can't stand my love handles as well =/ ugh!
& another person who's English! well I think.. =]
Sorry I'm just rambling now, but I know what you mean about people seeing it as attention seeking, my friends constantly watch me, and I find myself making excuses to get away from them,

Yeh I know what you mean, here feels like a safe place to talk to people who actually understand. Meh it's just pathetic really. Oh well, life goes on =]

I suppose if you are taller there is more area for the fat to go on! But that may just be my weird theory. What are your stats??

And yea it is pathetic, i'm just glad she said it to me and not someone who is near breaking point

Oh god. Well. I weigh in kgs which is weird for some people, but currently, I'm 157 cm [5ft 2] and 42kgs [92lbs/6.5stone]
And I feel awful =[
I just can't seem to do it, everything goes from bad to worse and I'm usually eat up to 700 calories a day, but it doesn't seem to show =[
How about you?

You must be tiny!!!
I'm 5'10 and 130ish lbs, but I just binged so god knows :(
I want to get down to 115lbs the I will be super happy! I eat about 700 cals per day too, sometimes a bit less which I think is quite enough, I couldn't ever eat 2000!!! Doesn't it seem crazy?!

I find it really difficult because my mum makes me eat at dinner, and thats where most of the calories come from,
I'd love not to eat then, but I can't avoid it! Any ideas?

I think that dinner sounds fine, I mean if you are having 700cals a day you will definatly be loosing, so why annoy your mum? I would just stay how it is, so your mum isn't worried and so you have an easy life and she dosn't suspect you!
If it's really getting you down you could always offer to cook dinner a couple of times a weeks and do a low calorie dinner?

No it's fine! I dont want to give bad advice so I really think it's important you dont go to crazy with restricting, what you are doing at the moment sound brilliant (700cals)!

But... If you do need the control of preparing the food too I totally understand. I really like fish, you can make tuna(70cals per 100g) and jacket potatoes(70cals per 100g) and then you can have lots without breaking your daily calorie intake. I also love cous cous which I usually mix with tinned tomatoes, mushrooms and courgettes and you could put chicken in with it too! Cous cous - 185cals for 50g dry weight.
I dont know if you have ever tried it but quorn is lovely and low calorie too, like make a bolognese but with quorn or something!

Sorry I just realised you asked whats in an average meal, I thought you said what is an averag meal for me!!! I dont think 700 cals is in just one meal, so you can probably have a small breafast and lunch and have a good sized dinner too, hope that helps!! Sorry I didn't read the post probably!!
