Media PC Progress
Well, the tuners work, but strange stuff happens (like time-stretched recording). The best solution is to backup the data from applications I still want to use on the PC (e.g. Firefox) and to wipe C: drive and do a clean reinstall of windows, CODECs and applications. Sounds like a day's work. All the other data (images, music and videos) are stored on D: so it's easy to do this.
Definitely an ongoing process. Yesterday I tried different skins for GB-PVR and installed a Weather add on. It's a cool add-on, but the default city is Wellington, New Zealand! I have a friend who lives there, but it'd be nice to have Newcastle and others too.
