Screen Capture Utility
I found a neat little screen capture utility called FastStone Capture (Windows only).
Why do I like it? Not only is it free (duh!) but it also captures "scrolling windows" (great when you want to send someone a look at how they web page went wrong), mouse cursor and all the usual options on grabbing and saving this sort of stuff - it also has a screen magnifier and colour picker. The magnifier's done right. If you have perfect vision you probably don't think that's so great, but if you don't, you'll understand.
