New Panel with OpenCanvas

New panel - this time constructed using Open Canvas and Illustrator. Open Canvas replaces drawing by hand and scanning that in. I wasn't sure if I could maintain my style this way but I believe I have. And yes, everyone in this story is a funny animal.
