Dorothy's Funeral
My Mum's going to her best friend Dorothy's funeral today. She's known Dorothy for oveer 25 years. I tried phoning her last night to see how she was but hadn't been able to get through - kept getting Telstra message bank (which has been the case for the last week). Phoned a number I had for my brother and my neice Sophie answered. She and Dee are giving Mum a lift there today and she's OK. Must be a phone glitch.
In the late 60s and 70s I went to quite a few funerals with and without mum. Mostly they were for my great Aunties: Pearl , Annie, Dot, and Nance. Miss them you know, even after all this time.
