Finally!
Been working on my web comic, trying to use some 3-D modelling applications.
Ended up using something called "Expert Home Design" which is something I bought seven years ago! I was going to use Blender, but I needed to get an image out quicker than I could learn it, so I used the above program instead. Basically, I built a house that just happened to look like Garage #1 (3 stories tall) and the Rec Room on board the Sad Heart.
It worked, but because I was limited to traditional and contemporary doors, windows, and furniture, I had to produce a screen dump and then edit it in Fireworks! Seemed a lot of work for something that I might only use for 4 pages, but it was an interesting exercise in design and planning. I think I might take the time to transfer the model into Blender, which at least, will allow me to change the shape of the doors.
I was also working on my Tarot Cards too, but ran out of black pens. I had blue ones, but that was no good (though OK for the comic).
