If I'm ever in a situation where I have to chose a meal between one or more other possible foods on the menu, I consult my mental tie-breaker list of ingredients. The winning meal with one or more of the following ingredients will be the winner. Meals without will be automatically disqualified. They are, in no particular order:
Avocado/Guacamole
Mushrooms
Olives
Garlic
Jalapeños
Spinach
Black Beans
Pesto
Chic peas
Asparagus
Lamb > Salmon > other fish (certain fish rules apply) > red meat (and or) turkey > pork > chicken
