The cap's from House of Wax. It could be just a transfer put over the top to hide the truthiness of the CMM or it could be that he actually got a real tattoo over the top. idk it has been way too long since he flaunted his upper arms gratuitously :(

I LIKE THAT MENTAL IMAGE. Chad is totally the Winchester's Trash Gollum. He skuttles along behind them, snagging up their ephemera and cuddling it to his (NEKKID) chest as he croons ~my preeeccioussss~
