Things to Awesome-Up Your Monday
1. Today, I am going to share something special with you guys. And when I say special, I mean THE BEST EXAMPLE OF HILARIOUS PUBLISHED ORIGINAL BADFIC OF ALL TIME (OF ALL TIME). I found this a couple years ago, I don't even remember how: Topaz Jordyn's excerpt page. Here, have a quote to ensnare you: "He wouldn't mind having some fun with her, but being committed to her and only her? He still could not see that, but there were still his many booty calls."
2. Games! It's been a while since I posted games. Super Mario Crossover is THE BEST THING EVER. It lets you play through the old school Mario worlds as a series of different characters from other games, including Link and Mega Man and and and JUST GO, TRUST ME, it's amazing. (I think I found this from betweenthebliss's twitter, unless I'm mistaken.) Also amazing: William and Sly, a game in which you play a fox trying to activate some Rune Stones--okay, whatever, it's awesome and supremely, supremely addictive. It reminds me of that Small Worlds game I posted a while back, actually. Go play! :D
3. Creepy Abandoned Dinosaur Amusement Park IS CREEPY.
4. The best picture I've found in the last few weeks: Jabba the Cat.
5. More awesome pictures . . . "used rainbows" is my fave. XDDD
6. Check out this awesome hat you can make out of an old sweater! I'm totally making one when I get home, I love this.
7. Too Late to Apologize: A Declaration, A.K.A. the founding fathers of America sing to Britain. This makes me giggle so bad!

9. Pencil vs. Camera! EEEE I love these. I love when photos and drawings interact!
10. Stills from a National Geographic documentary: extraordinary animals in the womb. (That sounds like it might be gross, but it really isn't, at least in my opinion.)
11. Oh man, this is like the coolest thing ever. Pick two (or more!) colors, and it will automatically pull up a gallery of Flickr pictures with those colors. *___________* foreverrrrrrrr. *flappy glee hands* Pointed out to me by the inimitable zorabioz.
12. Best geeky Valentines, or just plain ole love notes. &hearts_♥
13. The (adorable) dirty dozen cheat sheet--a handy reminder of what foods are safe to buy regular, and what you should buy organic. Makes me wish I had a laminator, I'd totally keep this in my wallet.
14. On the fandom side of things, gypsy_sunday has started an ambitious project: she's doing a mini picspam for each episode of Supernatural so far. Yes, she's insane; she's also AWESOME. She's capping and coloring these manually, you guys, and the results are beautiful. If you like SPN at all, I completely recommend going and taking a look at her comm lockthecolt. Here, I'll even make it easy for you! Start with Pilot. :D
