One of the email . . . things (providers? whatever) I use is Gmail, which I generally like. It has its annoying bits, but altogether it's good + convenient, etc. yadda yadda. One interesting thing about it is that above every email screen, there's a little one-line space that gets populated with Google text ads. Now, normally, these ads will like
